I'm so sorry you are dealing with this.....I relate so much. I did something so stupid yesterday that just made it all so much worse. I'm not recommending you do what I've done but I've had to increase my medications. AP, AD and added something for anxiety. Paranoia is so anxiety inducing I feel l won't make it much farther if something is not done. I'm very worried this could end me. I hope you find what works for you....I hope something does.
