Anyone taking this with any success?

My last doctor put me on Seroquel for sleep. They say people with ADD like me, lack in the rewarding chemical dopamine, which does not just cause ADD but low motivation because our brains do ot self reward.

I got extremely unhappy trying Seroquel. Like doomsday unhappy. I didn't try it many times.

Also I realized it took away all effect of the Ritalin the next day.

I read up on it and comes out those meds use the exact same "key", just in opposite directions. So what Seroquel took away was the chances of Ritalin to have any effect.

I find it kind of stupid that my doc prescribed medication that will cancel each other out, in my case, Seroquel was the stronger one.

So my question is in anyone is on a similar combo, that actually works.
