I have been doing some job searching it's so daunting. why is it every time i look they want 5 yrs of exp? not something i have yet or other jobs that dont seem remotely interesting plus paying less than what i am making. i am looking at other fields more than just IT, im willing to take another IT position if it means leveraging my skills/gaining more skills.

I dont want anymore call center jobs i do not working in one right now.
