never did do the second part of my anxiety course (probably not wise, I spent a lot of money on that), but the plus side is that the girl who instructs me didn't even call me to ask why I didn't bother with it. I think, deep down, she knows from that first session, it wasn't working, and she knows she was wrong to rip me off.

yesterday I got handed eviction notice to leave my current property in 4 weeks.

I can't pay the price they are asking to keep me here, so. for the next few weeks I will be looking for somewhere close to where I currently am, to make the move as stress-free as possible.
