well i made it through without inpatient. I took sick days from work and slammed myself with high doses of seroquel I had from a while ago. I'm still wavering a bit and definitely dealing with a lot of fallout at work and even in my sons sports teams due to my extremely paranoid emails and behaviour when i was on the brink. EMBARRASSING to say the least. but doing much better.
