One Ike my therapist at my IOP read back my first encounter with the psych nurse. She was wondering why I had been hospitalized and I couldn't remember. Apparently I was a real ***** and said a lot of nasty things, including how I don't care about safety contracts because I'll just say I'll be safe and then do whatever the **** I want. It was a real eye opener for me. I didn't remember being that bad. I would t really want to know anything else out of my records tbh. That was bad enough for me.
