Yesterday was an unplanned rest day, spent much of the day in bed and didn't feel too well mentally. I honestly felt like going back to bed today as well but I pushed myself to do a workout, and I'm very glad I did.
Just finished the low impact cardio routine I enjoy, plus a lower body pilates routine. 41 minutes total.

Although I'm still feeling anxious and sad, I'm not feeling as bad as before I worked out and that's what matters.
