Well, he does still have the degree so the title is not wrong in how I see it.
I know he is a terrible person and that he has done terrible things, but I would also think that perhaps just focussing on how to move on/recover etc would be better than trying to police him/hunt him for forever. Not because of him particularly -but because it keeps him in your focus.
