i keep spacing out all the time was a t a group today with my church and all i did there was stair at the floor ...i cant seem to ground myself that well apart from when i self injure even then i dont always become grounded
i had to leave the group with me husband its was getting too much for me
am home now still a little spacey but not as much as i was
in the group people where talking to me and i only gave very small answers unable to make sense of anything when am like that
had flashbacks it kinda triggered all this
