I was adamant about seeing my chart many years ago. My then pdoc sat with me while I reviewed it. I was so anxious, I had totally dissociated. The chart could have been in gibberish and up-side-down for all I know. I don't remember a thing, except turning pages and trying to look like I was taking it in. Lol.

I obviously was not ready to see my chart.
