My T and I would revisited many of my past history etc

It helped me so much seeing on X date 3-6-9-12 ect..... months later how things have changed. It really helped me see how much I have moved forward and I was proud of myself and all the things my T helped me work through. I saw my T weekly unless he or I was in vacation for 6 years..

I can see why to some people it would not be helpful. For me it was wonderful Even my IP stay records.

Prior of my moving he wrote up a summary of our work and it was a wonderful help in getting my new Pdoc
