Menopause seems to have helped things overall for me. I've still had episodes, including one that was quite severe, but I don't rapid cycle as fast as I used to and I've had some time that I wasn't having more than a mild episode. Some of that is from being on a stronger med but it started before the clozapine so I'm sure some is menopause.
