For me it's much better. I had comorrobemorbid cptsd and but that's gone now which makes the BP much easier plus after menopause things really mellowed out, had one very long deep depression but didn't get suicidal just completely isolated with paranoia after a year that turned into a mixed episode that finally got me out of the house in search of help......miracle of miracles the psychological ER doc started me on the cocktail I'm still on and stable for 4 yrs now. I'm about to turn 59
