I've never read my records, and even though I'm curious, I really don't think I want to. I think it would be too distressing. When I applied for disability in 2014, my attorney obtained them for me so I never had to deal with it. After my hospital stay there were a few notes in my patient portal account, but otherwise there's nothing in that but my diagnosis for each visit, which never changes.
