I'm very sensitive to caffeine and sometimes I have hypomania moments and other times I feel fine if I only drink very very little of it. So I try not to try so much of coffee which doesn't do much good for me.
I won't end up crashing until a few days later and I'll feel depressed and start crying. Normally I'm very quiet and I only speak when people speak to me.
When I drink coffee: I'm very talkative and I can't sit still and I want to get things done and I'll slip over my words even because I'm talking so fast. Many people have told me coffee doesn't cause hypomania or mania at all. Though I've noticed this behavior in me anytime I drink it. So I always make sure to pace myself when it comes to any caffeine which I think is good.
Anyone else relate with this?
