I'm experiencing my usual first half of the day extreme tiredness/sleepiness. Maybe I need to just make myself get rolling.

Since 2011, I've had tinnitus. It recently got much worse. My PCP says it's probably age-related sensorineural hearing loss. It's worst in bed. I wish I could turn back time. Well . . . . not really.
