I don't think the survey is blocked by the pop-up blocker. It "selects" people (unlike the ads which are indescriminate is their annoyingness :-)

Here's an example of someone with code that is not affected by pop-up blockers that anyone can create for their site; presumably "professional" surveyers' software is even more powerful/sophisticated.
