The frequency you're describing sounds about average to me. I'm not comfortable sharing anything quite that personal on here about myself, but once a day sounds about average. Assuming it's not like dozens of times a day or somethin, I wouldn't worry about it at all. Plus, aside from monks, certain yogic experts, and others who don't masturbate or have sex for religious reasons..... I would guess that pretty much everyone does masturbates with some level of regularity, with few exceptions here and there perhaps. Although, to be honest, I've always thought of it as essentially a normal bodily function.
