Like anything else, there's nothing wrong with it as long as it's not creating problems with your relationship. If masturbation is creating problems with your sex life, I'd definitely give frequency a thought. That stated, however, an orgasm is one of the most pleasurable sensations in this life. Since GF & I have had trouble with our sex life for a few years, I find myself masturbating more frequently...probably 4-5 times a week. I'm 56, so my libido isn't what it was when I was in my 20's. At that age, I could probably have 3-4 orgasms in a day; now, one's my limit. If my GF & my libidos matched right now, my masturbation would probably be a problem. Since that's not the case, however, the only way I can feel one of those magical orgasms is by "bopping the bishop."
