Just finished a morning workout, chose the 26 minute long low impact cardio workout that I really enjoy. Got a decent sweat going, surprisingly, and felt nice and relaxed at the end while doing the cool down stretches.
Definitely a great workout for before work, after work, on a day off, whenever honestly.

A 2/5 on the FitnessBlender difficulty scale and burns 122 to 225 calories depending on several factors (age, weight, effort put in, etc). I'll post the link again because I'm sure I've done it before.
