I get dermatitis often (from over dry hands) when this flares up I scratch sometimes till they bleed and then later they are dry and cracked.
Sometimes before the itch starts I'll get little tiny blister type things.
I use by prescription Diprolene, the one I have is a gel and dries quickly, and instant relief
Try asking your doctor for a prescription, it is great stuff, believe me over the years I tried everything.
