when I opened this thread, I thought you meant your physical voice, which kind of made me smile (not because you lost it, that's terrible) but reminded me of a memory from my childhood.

a class at school decided to do a sponsored silence. it was really hard sometimes to figure out what people meant because they couldn't talk

of course, it was also rather peaceful...lol

and I remember my friend charlotte decided oh screw it, i'll just use harsh whispers in sted

so while the whole class were being silent, she was going around talking like a vampire.

sorry.. I had to share that story
