Congrats on your pregnancy!

I just had a baby. I made the decision to stop all meds. Most are fine, but ask your doc to get you the information on all of them so you can make an informed decision.

I was taking lamictal and wellbutrin. I do ok not on wellbutrin so that was a no brainer, just in case. But the lamictal was a tougher decision. There is not a lot of evidence that it has adverse effects, but like wellbutrin I went off just in case.

Another thing to consider is the degree that you need each one. I struggled very much off my meds, bit I never got to the point I was dangerous or anything. The best advice I can give is that you being stable is very important, if the benefits outweigh the risks it may be wise to continue.

I was just wondering if any of you have been pregnant while taking meds and what your outcomes were, what meds you were on, what works people? Right now I'm currently on levothyroxine, Prozac, vraylar, lamictal, and lunesta. I'm considering cutting down on most of them but don't know what to try to get use to before I want to get pregnant in the next year (maybe)... Any help greatly appreciated. I know Latuda is safe, and I've been on that before, but don't know if that will help with everything, even my anxiety. I'm also on hydroxyzine as needed for my anxiety...

What ya'll think?

Thanks!
