I crocheted for awhile and then I called my sister and poured my heart out to her for about 40 minutes. She is also Bipolar, only she is type 2 and I am type 1. So she understands somewhat. We talked about my schooldays and how they relate to what I have been going through now. I was bullied then and I have been bullied at my job recently (though thankfully the bullying and people siding with the bully against me seems to have stopped). Now I am being evaluated for Trauma Therapy tomorrow. I hope it all works out!
