Glad you've read of it. I dropped that on my Division Chief in our meeting last week. Page load time is part of our issue too. Primarily we have too many images, and the image size in kb is too high. I've been telling our graphic designer this for years but she usually won't listen to me. We also have some issues with display size of our headings in mobile, they are just too large. It's good that you are aware of this for your interview.
