Anyone else affected by the changing of the seasons, namely, for me, when it gets darker earlier and earlier? I find the early darkness so extremely disturbing, I check myself into psychiatric emergency. It doesn't help there have been some other difficult adjustments in my life! Going to go have a good cry......
