Do you think you should work on your written and spoken English skills (assuming you work in an English-speaking country) so that you communicate in a fully professional manner? I think writing and speaking in correct English is very important for most employers in English-speaking countries in most positions (not all positions).

It's very possible turtle is not in an English speaking country. We have many members from all over the world on PC whose first language is not English.
