I'm in some horrible pain atm, had an outpatient back surgery yesterday. Hopefully, it will get better over the next cp hole of days. It is a little better than yesterday, so that's good.

I'm glad you're feeling better. I have rotator cup surgery scheduled for November 17. It's supposed to be an especially painful recovery. I hevn't made up my mind about what to do about pain pills yet.
