I read a wonderful memoir once about a man who travels to Ireland to explore the roots of inherited schizophrenia in his family.

Anyway, I suspect my dad was bipolar. My mom had BPD and extreme anxiety. My uncle had OCD really severely. Mental health issues definitely run in my family.
