I've used it before and had that same queue issue along with the issue of being "stuck" in line. When I finally did get through, the person on the other end made me feel like crap. Assuming that all you have to do to get rid of lack of motivation/anhedonia is just "go outside" despite my saying that simply "going outside and doing something" does not work. Great advice.
