My mom had this problem when she couldn’t hear and it was followed by laughter. I can’t tell you how many times I was in trouble for something she thought my friend and I had said something about her.

It was never the case!!

Try not to think this. People are not whispering about you. Just remember people are talking about themselves. That’s what they like to do best!!
