Great advice. Make a point of getting up at the same time and washed dressed and out of the door as if you were working. Don't get into the habit of staying in bed , just cos you can. Get in the mindset that this is only a temporary blip and I WILL get another job soon. Also , if you don't already, get in the habit of exercising. Good luck
