I'm feeling hot at times due to either the medication or perimenopause. I all of a sudden feel really hot!! It is uncomfortable. Then, it passes. It comes and goes. I think it is perimenopause but don't know for sure. I still have my period but it is less heavy now and more sporadic. I don't know how long this will last and am hoping it won't last too long. I don't want to take anything for it because it is a natural part of aging. But, it is annoying!!!
