Does anybody use apps to track their moods or perhaps spreadsheets? I know some pdocs and therapists are fans of "journals," but that's not my scene. I've found two apps I like. I think both are helpful to the user and their MH team. I like eMoods and Daylio. I lean more to eMoods b/c it is more streamlined and has more sophisticated graphs. Daylio you can update periodically throughout the day as your mood changes. You can also add what activities you were doing at the time. It also won't allow you to change history past the day before to prevent you from trying over think your past emotions. It does have stats, as well, but I don't like the way the do them.
