That's interesting that your t said you should mark some things severe when you saw them as moderate or mild. I just answered the poll, and I'm thinking about my answers. My last t had me fill out a short questionnaire every few weeks and she said the same thing to me a couple of times. I think I should have marked relationship problems as severe. I guess it's easy to get used to a certain level of disruption and then it becomes the norm. But, compared to a year ago I'm doing much better in all areas, also compared to a decade ago.
