I think that for many of us, some of our worst abusers used words like “should” - and of course obviously ugly and scary words probably while making threats or worse

I try not to use the word should much, it isn’t one of my favourite words

Are you mindful of the words you use to self and others? (Even those you “don’t like” etc ) I know this can be difficult or even impossible if severely triggered. Time to use the “crisis line” etc if this is the case (hasn’t worked for me ) btw in answer to a question in another thread I’m in the UK (not the USA)

I’m not thinking about anyone here in this forum re this post... was thinking of something recently posted in another forum. Interpersonal conflicts do occur online as they do everywhere at times (obviously )
