In Illinois, you have to have a license to advertise that way-not as a doctor, but here they have Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Licensed Social Worker and maybe more: but for all of these you have to apply to be licensed and have the appropriate schooling. It may vary from state to state, but you can probably look that up for the state that he is "practicing" in.
Have you thought about sending copies of the findings to the website where he is "practicing"? I would think they would be interested in that. If all you do is send copies, I don't see how that could get you in any trouble-if they have a snail mail address you could send it anonymously.
