Have you thought about sending copies of the findings to the website where he is "practicing"? I would think they would be interested in that. If all you do is send copies, I don't see how that could get you in any trouble-if they have a snail mail address you could send it anonymously.
I agree. Whoever gave him a platform to advertise and practice should be interested in this. In fact, they should've checked his license registration status before allowing him to use their platform. If you send them copies of the board's decision, they should be interested in doing something about it because it is their liability.
