Oops, forgot to post yesterday!

Yesterday was pretty much a planned rest day, although I did do a 32 minute long stretching/yoga/pilates routine that was very good for stiff muscles.
Today I got a late start because I didn't go to bed until after 3am (was at my family's house for Thanksgiving quite late) and just woke up recently.

I do plan to workout though and I'll post later today what I did.
