I've been depressed for a few years, even been suicidal for some time. However doing a lot better now and I'm looking for people on here who might be in the same situation and who are looking for support. I don't feel too comfortable with sharing to much here on the forum so I'm thinking I would like to have someone I could pm with. I'm not looking to be anyone's therapist, and I'm not looking for one either, pretty happy with the one I already got

I'm really into nature, mindfulness, healing naturally, self-help books, very interested in the mind and what it's really capable of. So it would be nice to have someone to talk to and support each other, checking in daily, talk about what works and what doesn't, discuss self-help books etc. The idea is that we should be supporting each other and pushing each other to get better

I find that everything is so much easier and more fun doing it together with someone. So if anyone's interested just write in this thread or send me a pm! Thanks!
