You know, jinnyann, folks that have everything, or abundance, often aren't thankful for what they have and often can't see beyond their own noses... They may not even think *I don't want to say they don't care" that perhaps the things they are "trashing" could be used by someone... Maybe I set a good example for them. Made them think there are folks that could use the items they are readily discarding... Guess I will know thru the week as to what they continue to trash...

Where my son lives, I guess his neighbors lost their house and everything in it due to foreclosure.. The new owners just trashed everything in the house. I didn't know they were trashing furniture, just everything in the house. When the new owners told me I asked them why they didn't just donate the items to Goodwill and they said they didn't think of it.. shrugs shoulders...
