I had this happen a few months ago at a restaurant, after specifically asking about ingredients. It wasn't an accident, like they forgot to tell me - the menu items labeled vegetarian contained both chicken and pork - makes no sense.

I would be really upset if my parents did that to me Accidents happen, but lying/tricking is really disturbing.
