I don't have any tips. But I hope you feel better and that once your day gets going maybe the depression will wear off a bit.
Is there any particular reason you feel the depression coming back now? Is it situational or environmental at all? If there are some aspects that are variable, like caused by environment or situation, maybe you can work to change those so you aren't feeling so oppressed by the depression.
