Just finished a morning workout - I did the 26 minute long low impact cardio routine that I enjoy. Got my body warmed up without having to overly use my sore muscles. They are still sore today, but I shouldn't be surprised...with delayed onset muscle soreness, mine tends to peak at 2 days after the workout. So by tomorrow I should be fine.

I might do a stretching routine tonight to alleviate my muscles if they are still stiff after work.
