I've lost weight in the past and I felt soo good and sexy but after giving birth I just couldn't loose those pounds I gained. And my nervous eating made it worst. I'm taking baby steps now...
I've put together a plan, a bunch of tips that I try to follow and I surprise myself every 2 weeks when I see that I lost a little weight again.
Stay strong and my advice is to take it slow, make an easy to follow plan and stick to it.
