Sorry you have been going though so much pain most of your life. The kids in grammar school would always laugh
at me , because I was and I still am overweight. I could
never do those darn climbing the poles.

They finally got jealous, when they realized I was overweight & I still had a few good friends. Have you gone
to seek help ?

This would be a step forward in the direction you want to go.
I have severe depression along with anxiety. I guess everything just finally blew up in my face.

I also admire that you lost weight, that is quite a challenge.
