It's not surprising to me that you're having trouble now. It's like you've just finished a marathon. You've needed to focus entirely on your race and now you've stopped running so hard and you noticed that you've pulled a couple of leg muscles and that you're having a tough time catching your breath.

Just be aware that you've gone through a difficult time and that it's natural to need time to recover and center yourself. Don't be hard on yourself.
