while no one here can diagnose you (none of us are professionals), what you say does make sense and does point towards did.

a lot of what you say, for example, relates to insiders in my system

(a system, being what you described as a control room with other rooms leading off it)

do you lose a lot of time?

a lot of the time with did, their is a lot of timeloss- well, naturally because of all the people taking over.

who knows about these voices? (or in did terms, insiders, parts, alters)
