This allergy stuff is very ridiculous and boring. I think my body became somewhat messed up by taking Paxil for so long.. depression and anxiety weren’t this consistently severe before I started it, nothing like. And it sucks as for me personally I think a good therapist would have helped me more than meds ...or more than being on meds for so long with a 2 minute a year “review” by a gp..this was what I was told I “deserved” by a shrink

I wasn’t aggressive enough with the doctors, but I didn’t realise then what a mess I’d end up with when something else triggered this allergy to be so much more severe, maybe I’ll make a bed time story out of this. It might send me to sleep
