Okay so this might sound kind of weird, but those of you who nap, how do you do it? I've always despised napping because it makes me anxious but I need to be doing it now and it's hit or miss. It takes me upwards of an hour to actually fall asleep, and then I need to get at least 3 hours in order to feel like I've gotten what I've needed out of it. Which is fine - the duration, that is. I'm just wondering if anyone has any tips for how to more consistently fall asleep. I'm lost.
